Most of our furniture is made to order. Once we receive your payment, it will go into our production schedule immediately. If you want to change anything about your order, please get in touch within 24hrs.

Because our furniture is made to order, we can modify any piece to your unique requirements. For the most part, we work with American ash, oak and occasionally walnut but if you have a specific timber in mind, we may be able to accommodate you. 

Any fabric, paint or stain can be changed to your taste. We are more than happy to work with you to find the best solution. Please bear in mind that any customisations may alter the final price of the piece and the lead time. 

If you would like to modify any of our pieces (or create something entirely new), please contact us so that we can reach the best solution and price it accordingly.

We've outlined our standard lead times on our product pages. While we always do our best to meet these, timings may vary depending on our workload, material availability and shipping times. Once payment is complete, we will contact you to confirm an estimated delivery date.
