shipping + returns

Shipping is calculated on the weight and size of the product and the destination it is being delivered to. Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout. 

Pick-ups from our workshop in Auckland are free of charge. 

For any custom or wholesale orders, we will calculate the shipping upfront and include this within your quote. 

Delivery times will vary depending on the location and the workload of the couriers. 

We will always supply a tracking number once your order has left our workshop. 

As our products are made to order, we do not offer returns for a change of mind. For this reason, we encourage you to contact us with any questions you have to ensure that you are fully aware of what you are purchasing. 

If the product doesn't meet your expectations, please get in touch with us at hello@lowercase.co.nz as soon as possible, and we will endeavour to find a solution that you are happy with. However, this will be at our discretion and may incur additional fees – including the cost of returning the item to us. 

In the rare and unfortunate event that your item is faulty or damaged, contact us immediately at hello@lowercase.co.nz so that we can find a satisfactory solution – whether that be a refund, repair or replacement. In this instance, we will cover the cost of returning the item.

If you notice that your item is damaged on arrival, please make this known to the delivery person if possible.
